  1. At one time this must have made a family pretty happy to live here. I love the idea of 10 acres, and I suppose the house could be lived in while doing the outside, and even inside. But what I guess is the master bath leaves a lot of questions beginning with, WHY??? I like the bead board on the some of the walls and ceilings and simple paint might be enough to finish off some rooms. New curtains and a bunch of elbow grease and voila! Over all I like this place and if the price was reduced some to account for all the work needed inside and out, I think I could live there.
