  1. I can see where they cut corners in this renovation. To me personally as a someone who works in real
estate and based on the workmanship alone and not knowing the comps in the area, I wouldn’t pay over $750,000 for it.

    • I agree! Way over priced. Looks like vinyl flooring. That house cannot be worth that price. I don’t care if it does have a new I would not pay it. I my area of Michigan, Grand Rapids area, they would not get more than $300,000 for it!

  2. I get the impression they are trying to hide something, like the photographer has worked very hard to exclude neighbors although a couple of pics give an indication that the neighbor’s properties may not be on the same plane as this house. The house is pretty but I wonder what type of structural damage was ‘fixed’. The left front of the house looks like there is still possible water running through the bricks.

  3. The house is lovely, but the kitchen is just okay for a $200,000.00 property. The cabinetry does not have inset doors and the appliances are very average. The size of the kitchen appears to be too small. All of the bathrooms are in need or total renovation. Is that a one car garage with a carport on the front? This is unacceptable. I am a licensed realtor for the past 31 years in another state, but I believe I am spot on with my criticism. Either get busy and finish the renovation while taking the property off the market or heavily reduce the asking price.
